What if my order arrives broken or damaged?

Damaged goods must be reported to NieNie Ceramica withing 48hours of delivery time for a refund to be issued. 

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to NieNie Ceramica with the report. (Email to info@nienieceramica.com)

Damages outside of the 2 day limit will not be refunded as time sensitive insurance claims will be expired.

Refund or exchange of product will be discussed on a case to case basis.

What is the shipping policy?

NieNie Ceramica ships worldwide, the shipping price depends on the country of delivery and the amount of pieces. 

Free shipping for everything above €100 (incl. vat) within Europe!
Domestic Shipping (Spain):
  • Standard Shipping €5 (0kg - 5kg); Heavy goods shipping €8 (5kg - 25kg)
  • Orders above €100 get free shipping!
  • Pickup (free) in the studio (Alcoy, Spain)

International Shipping in EU:

  • Standard Shipping €8 (0kg - 5kg); Heavy goods shipping €15 (5kg - 25kg) 
  • Orders above €100 you get free shipping!

Shipping outside of EU:

  • Shipping outside of Europe will be calculated at the moment depending on how much you buy, the weight and the distance.

Pieces in stock will be shipped within 1 week of the order receipt and arrive approximate 1 week later. 

Custom made pieces and pieces which are out of stock have a delivery time of 4 to 5 weeks. Every piece is handmade and the process is slow which makes it a long delivery time. But I assure you, it is worth the waiting!


The pieces might be very qualitative and strong, they are still fragile and breakable. 

I make sure all pieces are packed carefully and with a lot of attention. Bubble foil and paper are used to protect the pieces.

Can I put my dinnerware in the dishwasher or microwave?

Yes, everything is food-, and dishwasher safe. Although I recommend to wash your pieces by hand and to not put it in the oven.

Do I accept custom orders?

Yes I accept custom orders. You can contact me with your ideas, if you want a cooperation or if you need a large order. I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the possibilities. 

Some examples: a custom made planter, a large order for restaurants, a custom made dinnerware set, a custom made house number, a custom made nametag,....
